Newer ELFs have turn signal indicators on the side view mirrors and/or the rear view mirror. For those of us that have an older ELF here is a quick hack to help remind you when you signal is on. A bit of white finger nail polish provides an easy upgrade. 1) Move turn signal switch to right 2) Make a thin white line immediately to the left of the switch 3) Allow to dry 4) Move turn signal switch to left 5) Make a thin white line immediately to the right of the switch 6) Allow to dry In under five minutes you have something you can see while riding that shows the position of your switch as seen in the photos below (left turn, off, and right turn). |
