Many ELFs have been equipped with the Cycle Analysts computer. Most of these computers are only partially used. There are many features available which may make the ELF more efficient and reliable. Here is a side view of the bracket used to attach it:  And here is the front view:  On the 1.8 ELF with the Nuvinci hub, the Cycle Analyst speed sensor is mounted to the nuvinci not to a wheel. The nuvinci spins with the rear wheel. Here is a picture. The sensor and magnet are on the left of the picture:  I had problems with water getting in the connector for the speed sensor.
